If rush shipping (express) is desired, please contact us via phone or email for rush orders and rates. Some purchases do not qualify for express shipping due to the customization “With Butt Scrunch” which undergoes a two day process. It is important to contact us before finalizing the rush shipping in order to make sure that your specific order qualifies. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to track your order, another email once it ships, and lastly an email upon delivery.
