Wish to exchange an item? Not a problem! We want everyone to be happy with their purchase and have a wonderful experience with BBB.
If an exchange is desired, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to contact us and request an exchange. Contact us at info@bluebodybrazil.com to get the process started.
If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if originally included), and in its original packaging.

All Swimwear purchases are eligible for EXCHANGES ONLY! Returns and refunds cannot be issued.
All Fitness Wear purchases "WITHOUT BUTT SCRUNCH" are eligible for EXCHANGES ONLY! Returns and refunds cannot be issued.
Items with the customization “WITH BUTT SCRUNCH” are not eligible for exchanges nor returns.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when exchanging items.
Discount codes cannot be applied to exchanges.
We MUST be contacted before anything is shipped back to our headquarters. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Domestic AND international orders may take 7 up to 21 days to ship. If rush shipping (express) is desired, please contact us via phone or email for rush orders and rates.
Some purchases do not qualify for express shipping due to the customization “With Butt Scrunch” which undergoes a two day process. It is important to contact us before finalizing the rush shipping in order to make sure that your specific order qualifies.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to track your order, another email once it ships, and lastly an email upon delivery. Keep in mind that these are just estimates
