How do I return or exchange?

We want you to love your purchase! While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide exchanges for items that didn’t quite work out.

You have 10 days from the date your order is delivered to request an exchange. Just send us a message at info@bluebodybrazil.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original packaging with tags attached (if originally included)

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Please note:

Items customized with butt scrunch are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned

• Discount codes cannot be applied to exchange orders

• We must be contacted before any item is shipped back — unapproved returns will not be accepted

When Will My Order Ship?

Since many of our items are made in Brazil, shipping times may vary. Orders typically ship within 7 to 21 days, depending on stock and location.

If an item is out of stock in the U.S. and needs to be imported from Brazil, shipping could take up to a full month.

For rush shipping (express), please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and get a quote. Some items — especially those with the “butt scrunch” customization — require a two-day prep process and may not qualify for expedited shipping.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive:


  1. order confirmation within 24 hours

  2. shipping notification with tracking details

  3. delivery confirmation once your package arrives

These timelines are estimates — but rest assured, we’re working hard to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible!

International Orders

If you're outside the U.S., shipping rates are calculated based on your location, order weight, and package dimensions.

Please note that international orders may experience additional delays and/or incur duties or customs fees depending on your region and local regulations. These charges are determined by your country’s customs agency and shipping carriers — unfortunately, we don’t have control over them.

Delivery Issues

If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

First, please double-check that the shipping address you entered at checkout is correct. Then:

  • Check with neighbors, your front desk, or leasing office in case it was received on your behalf
  • USPS directly to see if they can provide more details on your package’s location

If your shipping address was correct and you’re still unable to locate your order 24–48 hours after the marked delivery time, please reach out to us at info@bluebodybrazil.com.

While Blue Body Brazil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our fulfillment center, we’ll always do our best to assist and help you track down your package.


Can You Combine Multiple Orders?

We totally understand wanting to bundle things up! However, once an order is placed, we’re unable to merge or group multiple orders, even if they’re shipping to the same address.

Our system begins processing orders right away, which means we can’t make adjustments once they’re in motion. We appreciate your understanding!


Can I Get a Shipping Refund If I Placed Multiple Orders?

We get it — sometimes you’re excited and place more than one order back-to-back! However, once an order is placed in our system, we’re unable to make any changes, including adjustments to shipping.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if multiple orders are placed around the same time and shipped to the same address.

Can I Make Changes to My Order After It’s Placed?

Once your order is placed, it begins processing right away — so adjustments aren’t always possible. However, we’ll always do our best to help if we can!
